What services does Innovative Staff Solutions provide?

Innovative Staff Solutions offers both short and long-term flexible, temp-to-hire, and direct placement services. We also provide nationwide Professional Recruiting services. We are independently owned; therefore, we are able to customize our services to meet our client's needs.

When you provide us with a flexible staffing employee, who is the "employer of record?"

Innovative Staff Solutions is the employer of record. We are responsible for all employer costs, including state and federal taxes, Social Security, state and federal unemployment, and workers' compensation. We also provide general liability and professional liability insurances.

What does your bill rate include?

Our hourly rate includes the employee's wages plus employer costs such as state and federal taxes, Social Security, state and federal unemployment, and workers' compensation. In addition, this fee includes our recruiting, screening, testing, qualification and other services.

How are your applicants evaluated and screened?

Our applicants go through a thorough 10-Step Applicant Profile process. All of our applicants are pre-screened, evaluated, interviewed, and references are checked to ensure they meet our hiring criteria.

What types of evaluations are administered to your applicants?

We offer nearly 100 different online evaluations to our applicants depending on their skills sets. Every applicant is given our standard light industrial or clerical evaluation.

Is there an obligation to hire an employee on a temp-to-hire job assignment?

No. The benefit of using temp-to-hire is that it gives both the client and the employee the opportunity to see if there is a good fit between the two before making a job offer.

What if an employee that is sent to our company does not meet our standards? Do you offer a guarantee?

For temporary and temp-to-hire positions, if you are not satisfied with an employee, simply notify us within the first four hours and we will replace that individual free of charge. In addition, our Professional Recruiting program is backed by a guarantee ranging from 60 to 180 days, depending on the position.

Since you offer both flexible staffing and professional recruiting services, how do we decide which to use?

Generally, if you need an employee for a position that is temporary or temp-to-hire, you would utilize our flexible staffing services. If you are recruiting for a management or professional level position, you would normally utilize our professional recruiting service.
