Wayne Meinhart
Wayne Meinhart - President & Founder
Wayne founded Innovative Staff Solutions in 1994 and currently serves as President, managing all daily operations. Prior to starting Innovative Staff Solutions, Wayne spent eight years as a franchise owner of a national staffing company. During those eight years, Wayne received numerous awards including the top honor of the President's Award as one of the Top Franchise Owners.
In addition to the daily management and operations of Innovative Staffing Solutions, Wayne is actively involved in the local community. He is past Board Member and President of Mattoon Chamber of Commerce, past Board Member of Effingham Chamber of Commerce, past Board Member of Coles County United Way, past Board Member of Coles Together Economic Development Corporation, past member of the Mattoon Fire and Police Board and past member of the Mattoon Rotary. Wayne is also an active member of the staffing industry's top associations including American Staffing Association and Illinois Staffing Association.
Derek Meinhart - Vice President
Derek has been with Innovative Staff Solutions from the very beginning. He started out as an Operations Manager for the company before becoming the Branch Sales Manager. In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President where he has been able to put his wealth of operations, management, and customer service experience to use. Derek understands the importance of providing our clients with exceptional service at a reasonable price. Derek's responsibilities include management of the daily operations of all 18 ISS offices.
Derek is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Business. He is active member in several community organizations including: Board Member for the local chapter of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and President of The United Way.
Ron Painter - Director of Accounting
Ron has been working as Director of Accounting with Innovative Staff Solutions since 2007. Prior to joining the company, he spent six years as controller for three businesses within the automotive, tool and die repair, and scrap steel industries. He also spent three years as controller for a small financial services institution, as well as six years in public accounting where he performed a variety of accounting, auditing, tax, and consulting activities.
Ron graduated from Oakland City University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business.
Tricia Drake - Director of Professional Recruiting
Tricia brings more than 13 years of experience in sales, management, and customer service to her role at Innovative Staff Solutions. She started as a career agent with the company in 1997 and then came back in 2007 to serve as director of professional recruiting. She has also recently been acting as interim director of business development. Her primary goal at ISS is to teach her team how to think as problem solvers for both clients and prospects.
Tricia graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Debra Hendren – Risk Manager
Debra has been with Innovative Staff Solutions since 2010. She has 22 years of experience in the areas of Worker's Compensation and Risk Management. She spent 9 years working for a nationally known third party administrator, served as office manager for a law office specializing in worker's compensation, and served as the "Business Health Services Representative," for the largest multi-specialty medical facility in Central Illinois. Debra's responsibilities at Innovative Staff Solutions include risk management and unemployment insurance.
Debra attended Danville Area Community College, and enjoys volunteering and running.
Veronica Pine—Unemployment Manager
Veronica started with Innovative Staff Solutions in December of 1996. She has been a Career Agent as well as an On Site Manager. In February of 2011 Veronica accepted the position of "Unemployment Manager." Veronica brings with her 8 years experience in telecommunications as a representative and as a supervisor.
Veronica graduated from Lake Land College with an Associate's Degree in Business and Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Business for Marketing.
Rachel Collins- Operations Manager
Rachel started with Innovative Staff Solutions back in 1997 as a Career Agent. In 1998, adventure took her to Anchorage, Alaska where she continued in the staffing and recruiting business for the next 12 years. In November 2010, she once again joined Innovative Staff Solutions as Director of Business Development. In February 2011, she accepted the position of "Operations Manager". Rachel believes that staffing should be a true partnership and that we are only successful if our clients and candidates are successful.
Rachel attended Eastern Illinois University, majoring in Psychology. She also has obtained her Certified Temporary Specialist and Certified Personnel Consultant designations from the National Association of Personnel Services.
Kristy Kitterman—Operations Manager
Kristy joined the Innovative Staff Solutions team as an Operations Manager in 2010. Before joining the team, she worked as Director of Launch Recruiting for a global BPO. Specializing in marketing and high volume recruiting management, Kristy has over 7 years of staffing and human resource experience.
Kristy is a graduate of North Central College where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
Carrie Gerdes—Operations Manager
Carrie started with ISS March 2004 in the Mattoon Branch as a Career Agent. She was promoted to "On-Site Manager of the Innovative Charleston location in June of 2005. Carrie was promoted once again December 2010 to the National Account Manager of a multi location call center. Finally in February 2011, she accepted the title of Operations Manager.
Originally from Knoxville, IL, Carrie moved to Charleston to attend EIU, where she graduated in 2000. She went on to meet her husband while working and attending college. She is quoted as often saying "We have two awesome, beautiful kids, Owen and Brennah. They don't look a thing like me, but I know they're mine. "
